The Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater is looking for a head specialist of the Studies Department, the workload is 1 full-time position.
Nature of work
- Prepare academic documents about studies for LMTA students and graduates in Lithuanian and English;
- manage the study files of first and second degree students and listeners of LMTA;
- manage student data in study accounting systems;
- prepare and update the study contracts of LMTA students and trainees or their supplements during the course of the academic study year;
- coordinate and administer reimbursement of the price paid for studies, provide data on the return of the study bag, loans to pay the price of studies and living expenses;
- provide information to external institutions, LMTA departments and students.
Requirements
- Higher Education;
- knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules;
- good communication skills and knowledge of business communication ethics;
- impeccable command of the Lithuanian language;
- good knowledge of English;
- ability to systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions, make suggestions;
- good computer skills (Microsoft Office software package);
- ability to work in a team;
- excellent planning skills;
- orientation to the result;
- desire to improve and openness to innovation;
- responsibility, initiative, promptness.
