Welding master

We are looking for a team member with experience in production activities, organizational skills and a responsible approach to the implementation of team goals.

Our projects include luxury hotels, clothing stores, educational institutions, cruise ships, office interiors and metal frame/parts manufacturing for the furniture industry. For example: Marriott, Radisson, Ibis, etc. 90% of production is exported to EU countries.

In this position, you will mainly focus on ensuring the efficient work of the welding department and fulfilling the plan, eliminating non-value-creating steps in the course of welding work (Lean: elimination of wasted motion). You will work closely with the Production Manager (your line manager) and lead your own divisional team (7 people).

You will have the opportunity to take experience and knowledge from strong specialists in the application of manufacturing, LEAN and TOC practices, grow and develop together with a dynamic team.

Place of work: Zapyškis, Kaunas district.
We work 4 days a week (40 hours), I-IV 7.00-17.30

• Knows the welding process
  
• Knows the principles of continuous improvement and efficiency of production processes and is able to apply them in practice (elimination of wasted motion - basis)
  
• Has a responsible approach to quality and fulfillment of obligations;
  
• Has a technical education;
  
• Has experience in the field of production, at least 2 years;
  
• Able to work fluently on a computer (Microsoft office package);
  
• Able to communicate with various people avoiding emotional conflicts;
  
• Able to make decisions based on situational analysis, logic and calculation;
  
• Able to prioritize tasks and plan actions to achieve results.
  

Advantage: experience in programming welding robots.

1900-2280 €/mon. gross
The salary is adjusted after an individual assessment of the application of the candidate's knowledge and skills to a specific position.
