What you will be doing
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our strong HR community. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in finding the right talents to shape SEB’s future where we believe that diversity and inclusion are key to success.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting hiring managers to ensure candidates’ attraction, smooth recruitment process delivery (e.g., proactive candidate sourcing, CV screening, calls to candidates) and candidate selection;
- Participating in various HR activities that are shaping the organization’s future by collaborating with colleagues across the globe;
- Working with candidates’ databases and administration;
- Ensuring continuous improvement the way we do things.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in working on a full recruitment cycle
- Ability to work in a team while delivering individual results;
- Great time management skills in a dynamic business environment;
- Wish to be involved in providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience;
- A person with high ethical standards;
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills, good Lithuanian skills;
- Talent Acquisition, or Tech Talent Acquisition experience
It would be a huge advantage if you:
- Have experience in finding IT talents
- Know how to inspire and engage passive candidates
