- Create and develop employee adaptation and various educational programs "from" - "to";
- Identify the competencies that must be strengthened for managers and specialists;
- Ensuring the high-quality implementation of employee training programs and smooth employee experience;
- Providing reports to managers about the results of employees' learning;
- Organization of personnel training and their implementation;
- Ensuring the employee search and selection process.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales or a similar field;
- Experience in personnel selection;
- Experience in staff training;
- Ability to work at a fast pace individually and in a team;
- Excellent communication skills, respect for the work environment;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Good knowledge of English (B1);
- Category B driver's license.
