Nature of work
- System security. Ensure safe, reliable transmission of gas flows based on performance indicators and good international practices and risk management of gas transmission system operations. Organize the adaptation of the gas system for the safe transportation of renewable energy resources - biomethane, a mixture of methane and hydrogen, as well as prepare for the creation of a new system for the transportation of pure hydrogen;
- Employee safety. Ensure the implementation of worker safety and environmental protection and decarbonization of the transmission system;
- Strong team. To form effective and involved teams, to take care of the growth, development and continuity of professional activities of team members;
- Strategic changes. Formulate and implement a sustainable asset management and operation strategy, ensure their compatibility with the energy transformation goals of the Company and the EPSO-G group of companies. Develop strategic partnerships, coordinate energy projects with partners and stakeholders to ensure the quality of operations and services provided and technical supervision of contractors;
- Innovation culture. Together with the team, create a culture of innovative technologies and efficient infrastructure activity and solutions based on it. Digitization, automation, application of smart technologies, data management, integration of artificial intelligence are our priorities.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher university education in the field of engineering, technology and/or physical sciences;
- You have accumulated 5 years of work experience in the fields of energy, engineering or construction and 5 years of experience in managing a department or function, which includes responsibility for the activities of several departments or several functions (an advantage in large organizations);
- You have experience in business transformation, taking into account the change in global trends and the implementation of strategic partnerships and new operating models;
- You have accumulated experience in the development and implementation of innovative technology and infrastructure solutions, such as digitization, automation, application of smart technologies, data management, integration of artificial intelligence, etc.;
- You know the principles of strategy formation and implementation, operational management and risk management;
- Leadership is close to you, the ability to inspire, educate, mobilize and motivate the team to achieve common goals and implement changes;
- You have very good English. skills;
- You have an impeccable reputation.

Wage:
Monthly remuneration 7000 - 9000 EUR (before taxes) and financial incentive (additional remuneration, taking into account company and individual performance). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to achieve results independently.
