Nature of work
- Lead a team engaged in direct sales / fundraising in public places, outlets or events;
- Forming a team and ensuring its smooth work, solving problems and conflicts;
- Train new team members, promote the efficiency of their activities;
- Assign tasks, monitor and analyze team performance and provide performance reports;
- Be able to motivate the team, organize activities that promote team unity;
- Pursue set goals and performance indicators;
- Represent the organization, represent its mission and vision;
- Collect information of physical donors, ensuring its confidentiality and protection;
- Spend approximately half of your working time on direct sales/fundraising in public places, outlets or events.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in direct sales/promo team management positions;
- Work experience in fundraising (F2F) - a big advantage;
- Knowledge and understanding of direct sales principles and techniques;
- Ability to lead a team and achieve personal sales results;
- Communication and flexibility;
- Positivity and good communication skills;
- Ability to organize activities and plan time;
- Ability to follow established goals and indicators.
