Nature of work
- Effectively organize the work of the staff of the economic part of the Vilnius Town Hall, take care of the protection, maintenance and repair of the assigned territory, premises, equipment, inventory;
- To ensure high-quality technical service for the events taking place in the Vilnius Town Hall, to foster a customer-oriented customer service culture.
Employee requirements
Have at least a higher non-university education or a higher education, or special secondary education obtained before 1995;
- To know the state language according to the third category of language proficiency established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Be able to independently plan and organize the work of employees under him;
- Be able to work in a team;
- To know the Law on Occupational Safety and Health of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Civil Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Fire Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to the performed functions and be able to apply them in practice;
- Be able to keep records of material values;
- Know how to work with a computer (MS Office program package);
- To know and be able to apply the rules of document preparation in practice;
- Know how to collect, systematize, summarize information and draw conclusions;
- Know the procedure for the operation, maintenance, repair and prevention of buildings, structures, premises;
- To know the requirements of professional ethics and behavioral culture, to be communicative, proactive, responsible.

Main functions
Organization of the activities of the employees of the farm unit, supervision, control of working time accounting;
- Ensuring the operation of premises and main facilities, their maintenance and timely repair;
