UAB LEGAL EXPERTS invites the head of the driver training department to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Identification of the need for relevant training for drivers, drawing up and implementation of plans, systems;
- Coordination of the process of preparing and updating driver training programs of the group of companies;
- Cooperation with departments of the group of companies;
- Introduction of new training programs and tools to optimize the training process.
Requirements:
- Experience in driver training or similar experience in the transport sector;
- Knowledge of training program administration;
- Good knowledge of English or Russian (oral and written) is necessary;
- Communication, initiative, independence, good planning skills.
