Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Managera(s) to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and development of a new performance evaluation tool in the Bank group;
  • You will implement the methodology of raising and evaluating annual/quarterly goals in the Bank group;
  • You will ensure the applicable regulatory requirements in the formulation and approval of annual goals;
  • You will implement and coordinate the process of awarding bonuses for annual results and its development in the Bank group;
  • I cooperated with the Labor Council;
  • You will prepare other reports related to compensation and performance management and participate in the implementation of other personnel management processes and internal initiatives.


To be #closer, you will need:

  • Love for the HR field and the attitude that a good employee experience is one of the most important things;
  • Higher education;
  • 2-3 years of successful work experience in the field of employee performance and/or compensation management;
  • Interest in HR IT tools, speed in mastering new programs;
  • Analytical thinking, organize your work independently, aim for results;
  • Project management experience is an advantage;
  • Good written and oral knowledge of English;
  • Initiative and positivity, looking for opportunities even in the most difficult situations and the desire to be #closer to employees every day.
