Nature of work
The activity manager is responsible for the quality of the activity's work, ensuring mutual communication and assigning various projects, tasks, and resources in the most efficient way. The most important part of the operations manager's daily work is effective leadership and management of activities to achieve the company's goals, the operations manager is directly subordinate to the company manager. Full-time remote work, weekdays 08:00-17:00.
Required skills:
●Successful implementation of business management principles, ensuring organizational structure, efficient workflow and organizational procedures.
●Ability to manage project budgets by estimating time and resource costs.
●Strong interpersonal communication skills to ensure professional communication with clients and team members.
●Ability to assess various situations, potential challenges when planning projects.
●Training for team members, their development.
●Written and spoken English;
Main Responsibilities:
●Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of 6 (six) subordinates, including human resources, clients, project resources and deadlines.
● Select the most suitable employees for the operational team during the company's growth.
● Conduct ongoing training for team members, integration and training of new team members.
●Maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients.
●Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, specialists.
●Provide advice and assistance to the company manager when planning work and changing organizational procedures.
●Supervise the operational team, ensure efficient distribution of work, quality of work, organize training to improve employees' competencies, motivate team members to work efficiently.
●Participate in remote meetings of team members and personal meetings with the company manager, during which to present activity work reports and plans.
