Hotel Administrator (s)

Nature of work:
Reception of guests;
Provision of various information by phone, e-mail and direct communication with hotel guests;
Working with a cash register;
Guest service in the restaurant hall, during breakfast;
Work in a shift with a sliding schedule (day and three days off).
Requirements:
Ability to communicate in Russian and English;
Computer literacy;
Honesty, responsibility, diligence, initiative.

The administrator is the business card of the hotel.
He/she interacts with guests from various countries. Therefore, he/she must:

• be able to provide information clearly, coherently and consistently;
  
• be helpful, polite, tactful, focused on the guest and his interests;
  
• be disciplined, observe internal order;
  
• work with computer program Protel.
