🔸Communication with hotel guests.
🔸Acceptance and discharge of clients.
🔸Accepting reservations by phone, e-mail by mail and by asking guests on the spot.
🔸Working with a computer program (we will train at the workplace).
🔸Executing settlements and invoicing.
🔸Document management.
🔸Delivery of hotel services.
🔸Ensuring the quality of hotel services.
🔸Work during the day.

🔸Have a category B driving license.
🔸Speaks English and Russian.
🔸You are at least 18 years old.
🔸 Willing and able to communicate with customers.
🔸You are helpful and communicative.
🔸Work experience in the field of hotels/tourism would be an advantage.
