Nature of work
- Ensuring comprehensive and high-quality cleanliness and order in hotel rooms, public spaces, outdoor areas, etc. accesses;
- efficient organization of team work, distribution of work tasks;

- control of assigned property and inventory;
- tools necessary for the department's work, etc. ordering goods;
- control of compliance with safety and health requirements.
Employee requirements
- knowledge of the principles of proper hospitality and service provision and the ability to apply them in practice;
- ability to independently plan, organize work, make decisions, analyze, summarize information and draw conclusions;
- ability to work with personnel - train, delegate tasks and control their execution;
- Knowledge of the Russian language (knowledge of the English language is an advantage);
- communication, duty and responsibility.
