Employee requirements
- Serves and sincerely cares about the comfort of guests in the RIVERSIDE restaurant;
- ensures that the guest receives consistent high-quality service;
- distributes work to waiters and helps them himself, if possible;
- strives for maximum satisfaction of restaurant visitors from the guest's trust to saying goodbye;
- ensures adherence to Radisson Hotel Group standards;
- can communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English.
