MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • to organize and carry out public simplified and international procurements in accordance with the Law on Procurement Entities of the Republic of Lithuania in the field of water management, energy, transport or postal services and other requirements of legal acts regulating public procurements;
  • ensure that the purchases of goods, services or works take place on time and rationally using the company's funds;
  • analyze public procurement documentation, ensure its legal compliance;
  • participate in the activities of the public procurement commission;
  • advise colleagues on public procurement issues;
  • get involved in the search for ways to improve and optimize the company's procurement processes, contribute to the implementation of changes.

IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:

  • at least 2 years. work experience in public procurement;
  • experience in working with the public procurement management system;
  • Higher Education;
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • know English (B1 level);
  • independence, organizational, time planning abilities;
  • orientation towards the highest results and operational efficiency;
  • purchase specialist certificate (not a necessity, but we will consider it an advantage);
  • impeccable reputation according to the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This employment contract is fixed-term.
Place of work - Vilnius, Kaunas or Palanga airport.

Salary

2900-3300 €/mon. gross
A variable part of the salary is paid, depending on the achievement of annual personal and organizational goals (up to 15% of the annual salary).
