Nature of work
- Accounting of purchase/sale documents;
- Accounting of bank transactions, preparation of payment orders;
- Compilation of established accounting registers, verification of analytical accounting according to General Ledger accounts and other dimensions;
- Accounting of short-term and long-term assets, stocks;
- Fuel accounting;
- DU calculation, cumulative time accounting;
- Execution and accounting of bank operations;
- Preparation and submission of declarations VMI, Sodra, Statistics reports;
- Closing of the financial year, preparation of the balance sheet, PN reports;
- Other accounting-related tasks.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education - in the field of accounting/finance/economics;
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of accounting;
- Knowledge of public sector accounting and financial reporting standards (VSAFAS);
- Ability to analyze, understand and correctly interpret accounting data;
- Diligence, responsibility, openness to innovation;
- Experience in working with the DEBIT program is an advantage;
- Experience working with the VSKAIS program is an advantage;
- Excellent working skills with MS Excel.
