Nature of work
- Prepare meal recipes and descriptions of their production technologies and implement them in production
- Organize the work of the kitchen staff
- Supervise, control and optimize food production processes
- Train new employees
- Substitute cooks when needed
Working hours
Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education in the field of food technology
- At least 2 years of supervised work experience in the field of public catering
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards
- At least 2 years of work experience as a cook
- Good computer literacy skills
- Responsibility, creativity, ability to work in a team
