We are looking for a 1355 center operator who wants stable work and meaningful activities, contributing to the daily functioning of the city
Your main responsibilities:
- Receiving, registering, and forwarding requests to city management departments to implementers and third parties
- Providing information by phone, e-mail, and other communication channels
- Monitoring the work performed by emergency services and ensuring feedback to customers
We hope you:
- Able to work a rotating schedule: you work one day, you rest for three
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing (English or Russian is an advantage, but not a necessity)
- You have good computer skills
- You are able to quickly absorb new information and make responsible decisions
- You have good organizational skills, know how to plan your time and approach the tasks assigned to you responsibly
- You have work experience in customer service (a big advantage)
- You are able to smoothly resolve conflict situations
- You are able to read and analyze maps (a big advantage)
