Nature of work
- Ensure high-quality and effective organization of drivers' work and implementation of operational goals
- Form, develop and motivate the team, promote employee involvement and development, prepare and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Cooperate with other company departments and external partners, ensuring prompt response in unforeseen cases
- Organize and carry out selections of subordinate employees, ensure their training and smooth introduction to work
- Ensure good working conditions for drivers, contribute to strengthening and popularizing the prestige of the profession
- Manage existing and implement new projects related to the organization of drivers' work and improving conditions
- Analyze performance indicators (safety, punctuality, efficiency) and initiate improvement actions
Employee requirements
- Higher education
- Supervised work experience (advantage – in the field of transport, logistics or operations management)
- Excellent planning, organizing and priority management skills
- Incident, contingency and change management skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- A driver's license (category B) is required
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a great advantage
