HEAD OF THIRD-PARTY PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT

Organize and coordinate the work of the 3rd party HR department;
Ensure smooth recruitment, placement and integration processes of new employees;
Coordination, administration, execution and control of administrative and procedural work related to personnel search, selection and employment;
Cooperate with employment agencies, partners, consulates and migration authorities;
Collect and administer documents necessary for migration processes, work permits, visas and entry;
Monitor and control employee rotation, vacation periods, resolve emerging problems/disputes;
Provide reports to management, initiate ideas for improving personnel processes;
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

Experience in HR management, selection or migration is a big advantage;
Understanding of international staff recruitment, permit issuance, visa processes.
English / Russian language is a must;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Responsibility, independence and ability to work with a large amount of information
