3D Printing Order Management Specialist

Are you a blueprint reader and interested in how new technologies are changing manufacturing? We are looking for someone who will be the link between our customers and 3D printing production: understanding what the customer needs and making sure it is produced and delivered on time.

You will work with 3D printing, one of the fastest growing areas of manufacturing. Every order is different, so you will never get bored. Your technical knowledge will be useful every day, not just in the selection interview.

You will analyze drawings and technical documentation. You will assess whether the order can be manufactured and propose the best solution.
You will consult with clients about 3D printing capabilities, materials and our services.
You will be the main contact for clients: you will answer inquiries and help them place an order smoothly.
You will coordinate the entire order process, from inquiry to delivery.
You will collaborate with the production team to ensure that each detail meets quality requirements and is ready on time.
You will take care of logistics: you will order couriers and coordinate shipments.

The most important thing for us:
You know how to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
You are interested in the latest technologies and 3D printing, you follow the news and like to try new solutions.

have experience in customer service, sales or technical consulting;
you speak and write English fluently (other languages would be an advantage);
you are organized, like clear processes and are able to manage several tasks at once;
you communicate easily and look for solutions, not obstacles.
