We are looking for an experienced transport and logistics sales manager who would contribute to the company's growth by actively developing the customer base in Lithuania and the Baltic States. This position is intended for someone who is able to independently develop sales, professionally present the company's services and ensure long-term cooperation with customers.
Nature of work
Search for new clients and development of business relationships in Lithuania and the Baltic States.
Presentation of company services, negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
Care for existing clients, ensuring high quality of services and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Requirements
This position REQUIRES experience in air and/or sea freight organization or sales of these services (candidates without this experience will not be considered).
Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to work independently, strong negotiation skills and result orientation.
Category B driver's license.
