Account Management Team Lead (Maternity Cover)

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Support the company’s transformation strategy by ensuring the timely implementation of processes, fostering clear and effective communication, and providing consistent support to team members throughout the transition.
• To lead and implement of the company's sales strategy by organizing Teams‘ work, ensuring team members motivation and productive work environment.
• To plan for long-term strategic growth of Team‘s clients portfolio by evaluating market trends, customer contract terms, customer profitability and needs, and development potential.
• To assess risks related to dedicated area and processes, provide insights and suggestions to direct manager and colleagues, submit proposals, initiate changes and projects if necessary.
• To ensure that all the team members work together to reach mutual goals.
• To liaise with other units and colleagues to ensure a sufficient collaboration and smooth processes.
• To work closely with the Italian market, managing client portfolio development, market-specific initiatives, and collaboration with stakeholders in Italy.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 3 years experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of motivation and commitment for team results, high achievement orientation.
• Positivity, ability to notice business opportunities. Proactivity, flexibility, openness to changes and innovations.
• Logistics acumen – an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
