Account manager - Domestic Sales

About the role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Domestic Sales team in Vilnius. In this role, you’ll build long-term partnerships with business customers, identify opportunities to grow their business through Omniva’s logistics solutions, and contribute directly to our commercial success.
You’ll work closely with Customer Support, IT, Product and other internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and help shape the future of logistics across the Baltics.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of B2B customers.
• Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Omniva’s logistics services.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate successful onboarding of new and expanding customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and sales opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

2500 €/mon. gross
Gross monthly salary: 2500 EUR + variable pay.
