Šiame darbe Jūsų laukia tokios pagrindinės darbo atsakomybės:
- Approval of RMC BL sales orders, communicate with customers in case of limitations, arrange cash collections to make deliveries possible
- Review and monitoring account receivables
- Participation in receivables meetings
- Propose for bad debts provisions and preparing agreements -schedules for repayment of overdue debts
- Closing of month/quarter/year for accounts receivable
- Issue dunning letters
- Issue interest notes
- Transfer to collection
- Assist manager in credit scores (yearly for major customers) and other reports
- Handle refunds
- Monitor provisions for credit loss
- Preparation of VAT offset agreements and searching for debtors to offset mutual debts.
- Drafting creditor claims (based on a prepared template)
- Communication with insolvency administrators
- Monitoring debtors in bankruptcy proceedings; gathering data and information in a single, centralized location accessible by both the lawyer and the entire accounting team; decide and administrate the bad debts provisions and write-offs
- Managing Creditinfo and publishing debtors on the "wall of shame"
- Communication with third parties and providing data regarding debt collection matters
- Administration of sales agreements
- Other appropriate tasks of the department
Mes tikimės, kad Jūs:
- 3 years’ experience of financial administration tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- English language
