We are looking for a Payroll or Accounting Specialist to join our international team supporting Scandinavian clients. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day payroll or accounting tasks, help ensure accurate financial records, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and contribute to improving existing processes. Your accounting expertise and language skills will play an important role in delivering high-quality support while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Speak and write Norwegian or Swedish at B1 level or higher.
- Preferably have previous experience in accounting and/or payroll or smillar field
- Have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (considered an advantage).
- Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage your work independently.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working in an international environment and are motivated to learn and grow.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform accounting and/or payroll activities for Scandinavian clients.
- Prepare reports and communicate with customers and public authorities in Norway or Sweden
- Work closely with colleagues across our Nordic teams to ensure high-quality service.
- Continuously develop your expertise through onboarding and internal training.
