As part of its ongoing development, the company is currently establishing a Shared Services Center in Lithuania and is looking for Accounting Specialists to join the growing team.

As part of its ongoing development, the company is currently establishing a Shared Services Center in Lithuania and is looking for Accounting Specialists to join the growing team.
What you will do:
- Run month-, quarter- and year-end close: journals, accruals, provisions, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Account for fixed assets, inventory adjustments and leases (VAS and IFRS 16).
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax filings, and support corporate income tax reporting.
- Prepare statutory, management and Group reporting packages.
- Work with Finance, Tax, Controlling and auditors to resolve accounting matters.
- Support audits, internal controls, process improvements and system projects, including the transition to the SSC.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in financial or GL accounting, including full month-end close.
- Hands-on experience preparing VAT returns and supporting corporate income tax reporting.
- Experience preparing financial and/or Group reporting packages.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian accounting standards (VAS); IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with an ERP system, reporting tools and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and take ownership of deadlines.
- A customer-focused approach and clear communication.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English at B2 level or higher. Russian is an advantage.
