Accounts Payable Specialist

Process supplier invoices and verify that all financial documents are accurate, complete and approved before payment.
Record accounts payable transactions and ensure that financial information is entered correctly into the accounting system.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers and other business partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and clarify payment terms.
Prepare payment requests and monitor outstanding supplier balances to ensure payments are completed within agreed deadlines.
Review supporting documents, contracts and purchase records to maintain reliable and transparent financial processes.
Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external partners regarding invoices, payment statuses and account balances.
Reconcile supplier statements and investigate differences between accounting records and received invoices.
Assist with monthly financial closing activities and contribute to the preparation of financial reports.
Monitor relevant financial performance indicators and provide accurate information to support management decisions.
Collaborate with colleagues across finance, sales and travel operations to improve administrative efficiency and payment procedures.

At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Education in accounting, finance or a related field is an advantage.
Experience with invoices and financial documentation is preferred.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Lithuanian and English language skills.
