What you'll be working on
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, including invoices, contracts, payments, and customer master data;
- Record, allocate, and reconcile incoming payments across multiple payment channels;
- Set up and onboard new clients in the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and flag discrepancies;
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing matters;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve outstanding queries and issues;
- Keep process documentation accurate and regularly updated;
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage;
- English B1–B2 (professional written communication is a must);
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with billing or accounting systems is a plus;
- Previous experience in a client-facing or finance operations role is required;
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and task execution;
- Excellent written communication skills, including professional business correspondence;
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently;
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
