About us:
BTL Group unites over 3000 employees in more than 50 companies operating in the sectors of international freight forwarding and forwarding, real estate, accommodation, ferry, bridge and tunnel ticket sales. We are currently actively expanding our company, we invite ADMINISTRATION GROUP HEAD (-Ê) to join the team in Kaunas.
Nature of work:
- Organize office activities, ensure order and representational functions in all company departments;
- Coordinate the activities of the Administration Group, form work priorities, carry out performance assessments and training of subordinate employees;
- Coordinate the management of internal and external information flows and correspondence management;
- Initiate the optimization and digitalization of administrative processes;
- Control the implementation of the Administration Group's budget and ensure rational use of funds;
- Organize and control the purchases made by the Administration Group;
- Select, evaluate and supervise suppliers of administrative services, negotiate contract terms;
- Ensure effective document management: preparation, accounting, processing and storage of documents in accordance with the requirements of applicable legal acts;
- Cooperate with other company departments to ensure smooth communication and effective document management processes;
- Organize internal company events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of team management experience (a big advantage is in the field of office administration);
- Experience in organizing and coordinating office administration processes;
- Responsibility, organization, quick orientation;
- Good time planning and prioritization skills;
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work independently;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good computer skills;
- Work experience in organizing personnel work.
