Jobs that await you:
- You will independently conduct administrative staff selections: from clarifying the need to hiring the selected candidate;
- You will actively search for candidates through various channels and develop talent attraction strategies;
- You will perform the initial selection of candidates, conduct job interviews and coordinate the entire selection process;
- You will work closely with department heads, help clarify their needs and find the most suitable people for the team;
- You will ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process;
- You will monitor the results of the selections, look for more effective ways to attract candidates and contribute to strengthening the employer's image.
What we expect from the future candidate:
- Experience in personnel selection, especially in conducting specialist and administrative position selections;
- Ability to independently organize and manage several selections at the same time;
- Experience in active candidate search;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to understand not only the candidate's competencies, but also his/her suitability for the team and organizational culture;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
