Nature of work:
A scientific institution operating in the public sector invites applications for a Head of Administration who would be responsible for the effective management of administrative processes, coordination of the organization's internal activities and ensuring the implementation of strategic goals. Main tasks:
- To manage the institution's administration and coordinate its activities;
- To organize and improve administrative, economic, document management and personnel processes;
- To ensure compliance with legal acts, public administration and internal procedures;
- To participate in strategic planning, prepare activity reports, internal documents;
- To cooperate with state institutions, partners and other stakeholders;
- To manage the team of administrative employees, promote the growth of their competencies.
Required knowledge, skills/abilities:
- Higher university education (preferably in the fields of public administration, management or law);
- Supervisory work experience (preferably in the public sector or in an academic institution);
- Good knowledge of public administration, legislation and document management;
- Strategic thinking, ability to make decisions and work independently;
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills;
- Digital literacy (MS Office, document management systems);
- Driving license (category B);
- Good knowledge of English.
