We invite you to join our growing team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation and development of "Science Island". This is an organization in the growth stage, so here you will not only ensure daily operational activities, but also be actively involved in shaping processes, creating an effective administrative system and strengthening the internal structure of the organization. You will work closely with the organization's manager and act as her operational partner, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
Your main responsibilities:
- development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organization's internal processes and procedures;
- ensuring a clear division of functions and responsibilities;
- planning, organizing and coordinating administrative activities;
- coordinating, harmonizing and monitoring the implementation of documents and contracts necessary for the institution's activities;
- development, implementation and maintenance of a document management system;
- organization and control of administrative functions (document management, accounting, office activities);
- strengthening internal communication and improving cooperation between departments;
- consulting managers on organizational and people management issues;
- ensuring the implementation of management decisions;
- deputizing the head of the organization on operational issues, if necessary.
We hope you:
- you have a higher education;
- you have at least 3 years of experience in operations, administration, project management or human resources management;
- you have experience in creating or improving organizational processes;
- you have good knowledge of document management, contract coordination and administrative processes;
- you have strong analytical and structured thinking skills;
- you are able to work with uncertainty and initiate change;
- you have excellent communication and conflict management skills, are able to constructively resolve complex situations and maintain a position;
- you are responsible, independent and able to make decisions;
- you are characterized by systematic thinking, emotional intelligence and initiative.
