Nature of work
- Conduct screenings for prospective candidates;
- Analyze labor market trends, salary and competitor offers;
- Prepare periodic reports to management on selection indicators (time to employment, candidate sources, costs, etc.)
- Provide suggestions for improving the selection process;
- Prepare, edit and post job advertisements on various platforms (CVbankas, CVonline, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create information for social networks that presents the company's culture, team and values
What we expect from you:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of personnel selection, recruitment or administration;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Experience in creating monitoring for social networks and/or carrying out advertising campaigns;
- Ability to independently plan work and manage several at the same time;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail;
- Experience in leading selection processes in a large organization is an advantage;
- Higher education (personnel management, business administration, communication or related field) is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English is an advantage;
