Administration Manager (job in Palanga)

We are looking for an organized and responsible Administration Manager who will help ensure the smooth operation of the administration team in performing daily tasks.

Preparation, processing, registration and archiving of documents (knowledge of clerical work);
Handling correspondence (sending/receiving letters);
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, flowers, other office supplies;
Assistance in organizing company events and meetings;
Other administrative tasks as needed.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team;
Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail, curiosity;
Good communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Experience in administrative field is an advantage;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian (written and spoken); knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
