Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organized administration manager to join our team and ensure smooth management of administrative processes and contribute to the efficient operation of the company.
- Administer company documents and submit proposals for improving their management.
- Prepare and administer company documentation.
- Manage the company's incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Register, review, prepare and administer contracts and ensure their storage.
- Archive company documents according to established requirements.
- Prepare responses to clients, partners or institutions.
- Order stationery and organizational equipment, analyze costs and submit proposals for their optimization.
- Contribute to the organization of company events and team building initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communication and propose solutions to improve organizational communication.
- Collaborate with partners: submit requests, analyze proposals, provide information and coordinate communication.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager according to their functions.
We hope you:
- You have a higher or higher education (in the fields of law, human resources or management - an advantage).
- You have successful work experience in the field of administration, working with contracts, correspondence and internal communication.
- You are familiar with document preparation, administration and archiving, and are proficient in MS Office programs.
- You are familiar with business ethics.
- You are able to plan, organize work and effectively manage priorities.
- You have excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- You are result-oriented.
- You speak English at least at level A2 (knowledge of Russian - an advantage).
- You have a valid category B driver's license.
