Today, we are looking for an Administrative Specialist in Vilnius.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of a large flow of internal and external company documents
  • Management and targeted distribution of company information flows
  • Initiation and coordination of internal company process updates
  • Regular inventory and management of back office assets and supplies
  • Constant participation in organizing business trips and company events
  • Taking the back office under supervision and dealing with everyday issues
  • Learning all that it takes to run administrative tasks of different automotive companies.

To be our perfect fit, we expect you to have:

  • Have experience in document management, administration or similar roles
  • Have knowledge of or interest in the document preparation or archiving processes
  • Have good clerical skills
  • Have a basic knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Be proficient in Lithuanian and English
  • Be communicative, responsible and able to work with limited or no guidance
  • Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions because working smart > working hard.
