Administrator - assistant

We are looking for a veterinary clinic administrator - assistant

Main job functions:
Welcoming and serving customers in the clinic.
Registering patients for visits.
Administration of calls, emails and other information.
Working with the customer and patient database.
Accepting payments, handling the cash register.
Receiving and receiving goods.
Monitoring and controlling warehouse balances.
Organizing and carrying out inventories.
Ordering goods and planning stock replenishment.
Managing documentation and entering data into the systems used.
Cooperation and assistance to veterinarians and other clinic staff.
Administration of clinic documentation.

Able to work independently and plan your work.
Are responsible, meticulous and organized.
Able to work in a team.
You speak Lithuanian perfectly, and knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage.
Work experience in administration, customer service or reception would be an advantage, but we are ready to train motivated candidates.

1260-1650 €/mon. gross
+3% of turnover upon reaching monthly targets (100–200 EUR gross)
