We are currently inviting Administrator(s) 0.75 full-time to join our team, who would be the first point of contact for our guests, take care of smooth customer service, manage reservations and payments, and contribute to the smooth daily SPA activities.

Main responsibilities:
- Professionally and pleasantly serve SPA guests, greet them upon arrival, clarify their needs and provide all necessary information.
- Present SPA services, procedures, memberships, gift vouchers and other offers to clients and help them choose the most suitable option.
- Administer client registrations and reservations by phone, e-mail, in reservation systems and upon clients' arrival at the SPA.
- Manage the cash register: accept cash and card payments, perform cash transactions, ensure their accuracy and orderly cash register documentation.
- Work with reservation, cash register and business management systems, promptly enter and update necessary information.
- Coordinate client flows, procedure and visit times and ensure that the guest's journey to the SPA is smooth from arrival to departure.
- Resolve daily client inquiries and situations, promptly respond to questions and, if necessary, properly coordinate their solution.
- Ensure a neat, aesthetic and cozy administrator's workplace and the general appearance of the first customer service area.
- Collaborate with SPA service specialists, pool attendants and other team members to ensure smooth daily SPA activities.
- Contribute to the promotion of services, offers and sales, be actively interested in the services provided by the SPA and be able to professionally present them to customers.
We hope you:
- You have customer service experience – experience in SPA, wellness, beauty, hotels, retail or similar would be a great advantage.
- You have experience in cash handling and billing administration, you are attentive to money and financial operations.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to listen to the customer, understand their needs and offer the most suitable solution in a professional and pleasant manner.
- You are responsible, meticulous, honest and attentive to details.
- You are organized, independent, proactive and able to plan your work properly.
- You are able to work in a team and simultaneously take responsibility for the result of your work.
- You have good computer skills and are able to quickly understand new reservation and business management systems.
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage in order to be able to communicate professionally with customers from different countries.
- You are interested in wellness, SPA culture, human well-being, and service quality.
