Office maintenance and organization of purchases of necessary tools
Information, call management, correspondence
Preparation and archiving of personnel and other company documents
Invoicing and registration
Entry of primary accounting documents
Accounting of bank settlements and debt administration
Preparation of documents for loading and unloading. Checking and entering data into the accounting program (CMR, cargo waybills)
Submission of information to statistics and GPAIS
All-round assistance for the company's employees and manager

Higher or higher education
Experience in office administration and accounting >1 year.
MS Office skills, especially Excel (knowledge of the Debit accounting program is an advantage).
Knowledge of clerical rules and document management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to set priorities, manage information flows
Attention, receptivity and initiative
Communication, positivity, discretion

1700-1900 €/mon. gross
