Job description:
We are looking for a responsible, positive and organized team member who would help ensure the smooth operation of the company and contribute to the daily business. If you value accuracy, speed, good communication skills and want to improve in the field of administration and accounting - we invite you to join us!
- Management of company information flows, systematization and archiving of documentation;
- Polite and professional customer service, reception of guests;
- Organizational assistance for internal and external company events;
- Office maintenance, ordering of operational tools, cooperation with suppliers;
- Working with the cash register, issuing invoices, processing primary accounting documents;
- Data entry and accounting in the accounting program "Rivile".
Requirements
- Higher or higher education (in the field of administration and/or accounting - an advantage);
- Good organizational skills and knowledge of clerical rules;
- Ability to analyze, systematize and manage information;
- Quick response, responsibility, honesty, diligence, ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Category B driver's license;
- Basics of English (written and spoken).
