We are currently looking for an administrator - accountant to join our team and help ensure the smooth daily operations of the company.

We are currently looking for an administrator - accountant to join our team and help ensure the smooth daily operations of the company.
Nature of work:
- Working with the accounting program "Centas";
- Maintaining primary accounting;
- Issuing VAT invoices;
- Writing off materials;
- Preparing freight bills;
- Monitoring debts with buyers/suppliers;
- Performing bank transfers;
- Administering personnel documents;
- Preparing contracts, letters and other documents;
- Maintaining GPAIS accounting;
- Assisting the company manager and colleagues with daily administrative issues.
We hope you:
- You are responsible, meticulous and organized;
- You are able to plan your time and work independently;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You have a higher or university education;
- You are able to communicate clearly and professionally;
- You have experience in the field of administration or accounting (an advantage);
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
