Your responsibilities
✻ Ensure smooth primary accounting process – administer invoices, cash documents and other accounting documents
✻ Maintain warehouse accounting data – pricing, technological cards, new products, shipping documents, inventories and write-offs
✻ Take care of document order – administer contracts, personnel documents, internal procedures and ensure their timely update
✻ Cooperate with department heads, accounting, service providers, ensuring smooth flow of information
✻ Administer information in internal and external systems – products, prices, allergens, loyalty app, website and other platforms
✻ Help create administrative processes and ensure that data is always accurate, relevant and submitted on time
