Brolis Sensor Technology is a high-tech sensor technology development and manufacturing company based in Vilnius. The company’s international position and advanced infrastructure help the company’s talented engineers and scientists to create modern and innovative solutions in the healthcare, sports and fitness, agriculture and industry sectors. The company is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the team, who would contribute to the smooth management of the office, personnel and administrative processes.

Company location: Molėtų pl, Vilnius.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will perform administrative tasks - answer phone calls, handle correspondence, organize office catering, take care of the preparation of company documentation and archive management, coordinate the implementation of occupational safety, health and other internal and legal requirements, and participate in the planning, organization and implementation of company events.
  • You will provide assistance in administrative accounting processes - contribute to working time accounting, inventory and other accounting-related tasks.
  • You will perform personnel administration functions - administer personnel documents and coordinate the introduction of new employees.
  • You will ensure smooth communication - communicate daily with a young, talented and friendly team of professionals.
  • You will be responsible for office maintenance - coordinate cooperation with suppliers and ensure a tidy and comfortable working environment.
  • You will greet company guests in a pleasant and warm manner, creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.
