YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
- Tracking, compiling and transferring the validity period of employee documents (including work certificates) to third parties
- Tracking, administering, informing, ordering and transferring ID 06 and Arbetsmiljöverket documents to the facility
- Managing, maintaining and administering the rotation schedule, searching and ordering tickets and accommodation, communicating with employees regarding travel
- Preparing and managing vacation, sick leave, absence and other personnel documents
WE HOPE THAT:
- You have at least 1 year of work experience
- You have secondary education
- Required: excellent MS Office skills
- Advantage: knowledge of English and Russian
