Our client is a progressive, rapidly expanding company that designs and manufactures technological equipment for the woodworking industry. They are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATOR(S) to join their team in Jonava.
Nature of work
- Organization and administration of smooth office operations;
- Coordination of documents, correspondence and e-mail;
- Preparation of internal documents, contracts and their annexes;
- Maintenance of insurance policies and occupational safety documentation;
- Performance of other administrative tasks.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (in administration, management or a similar field - an advantage);
- Similar work experience;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English - an advantage;
- Category B driver's license;
- Organization, communication skills, responsibility, diligence, initiative.
