Key features:
- Management of the institution's public and internal communication
- Organization of collective and institution holidays, anniversaries, commemorations
- Preparation of documents, reports
- Writing, administration of projects
- Attention to processes, working conditions, employees' microclimate - striving to improve,
- Provision of the institution with work tools, clothing, attributes
- Administration of social networks, content creation
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Has 1 year of similar work experience
- Is able to foresee at least a few steps ahead, look for solutions
- Easily adapts to changes
- Is communicative, organized, proactive, open and courageous
- Has ideas in his head that he is not afraid to implement, to take action
- Sees both the details and the overall whole in life
- Is able to give and receive feedback
- Communicates in written and oral Lithuanian in perfect English
- Has good computer literacy (MS Office, email, social networks, Canva)
