Nature of work
- Present the services provided by Kaunas Padelis Arena to visitors
- Ensure that arena guests receive all the necessary information and advice about their chosen services or goods
- Reserve padelis cards for arena visitors (work experience with Nsoft software would be an advantage), help purchase padelis inventory and other goods
- Work with the cash register and point of sale equipment (credit and/or debit card terminals)
- Serve customers and promptly resolve any problems
- Communicate with customers by company phone, e-mail and in Kaunas Padelis Club Viber groups
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the arena spaces, ensure a hospitable and friendly atmosphere
- Cooperate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of services provided by the arena
Employee requirements
- College or advanced education in health care, sports services or similar field a plus. May be a student who has started studies or is in the final year
- Similar work experience in sports, wellness or similar field is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Communicability, thoroughness, honesty, responsibility, politeness
- Organization, quick reaction, ability to work in a team and make decisions independently
- Strong sense of responsibility and social responsibility
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage)
- Basics of computer literacy
- Desire to combine passion for sports with work

The starting salary for this position is 8 €/hour excluding taxes (working according to the total working time accounting), but the final offer will depend on the candidate's work experience.
