We are expanding, growing and will soon be moving to a new, modern office, so we are inviting an administrator to our team who will help ensure smooth daily office operations and become an important part of our team.
We are looking for someone who likes order, communication and the feeling when everything goes more smoothly after their work. Someone who is able to manage many different questions, help the team and often knows the answers before others ask the question 😊
Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- you will be the first person to greet clients and colleagues;
- you will administer calls and e-mails;
- you will help coordinate daily office activities;
- you will oversee administrative processes: orders, invoices and other daily issues;
- you will contribute to organizing company events and creating a good atmosphere in the team.
We hope you:
- you are an empathetic, responsible and organized person;
- you like to communicate and can easily find a common language with people;
- you do not get lost between different tasks and are able to plan your time;
- you have experience in administrative work (this would be a great advantage);
- you communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English.
