By joining our team, you will be responsible for:
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment;
- Ensuring smooth office operations and order, providing stationery and other work tools;
- External and internal communication: administration of calls and correspondence, managing the joint venture e-mail box;
- Administration and archiving of company documents (invoices, orders, letters, powers of attorney, certificates, occupational safety, etc.);
- Assisting the company's HR department by contributing to the organization of company events and joint activities.
We hope you:
- At least one year of work experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Initiative, independence, positivity and helpfulness, ability to work in a team;
- Attentiveness, diligence, ability to plan time and manage large information flows;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Similar work experience is an advantage.
